Hello peeps, 

Before the second MCO hit, I had the opportunity to spend some time with some friends. You may call it the last brunch but for us, it was a brunch that allows us to catch up on each other life and connect with each other. We do call each other on video calls and such but it's never the same with meeting up and having meals together at a table. 

This state, has tons of awesome brunch area and although we have been to quite a few, there's plenty to explore and sometimes I feel that brunch places pops out like mushrooms and given that Malaysian loves food so much, there's just so many place to visit. We took the opportunity to meet up at Mingle Cafe, Instagram @minglecafekl given that it is halal, affordable prices and the decor looks cute. 

It is located in the city of Kuala Lumpur and the nearest MRT was MRT Pasar Seni, which takes you about 6 minutes for you to walk from the MRT to the cafe. If you are driving, it may be a little tough to find a parking spot but there are a couple of parking lots there which cost around RM5 - RM10. If you are daring enough, you may park at the side of the road and hope that no one points out that you are parking illegally. The location is not hard to find it so once you see a corner lot shop, it's just beside it. 

We order ourselves some food. Karma got herself a plate of smoked duck pasta while I got something Malaysian. Food was good though we had some small issue with Karma's food where the pasta came out without any smoked duck in it. We also order ourselves some cempedak cheesecake and it was delicious! It was a little too creamy for my lactose intolerant but it was soo good!
