Since the year of 2016 is on its way, let's do something to celebrate the awesome year of 2015 shall we? It's been a great year and there had been tons of blessings and new opportunities. Although there had been some down's but the up's are always there somehow. Instead of looking at the negative things alone, why not look back on the good memories that make life more fun?

January 2015

Once again, these fingers of mine longed for the touch of keyboards running it's pace, giving out little clicks that make the brain tingle with excitment to produce something on the screen. It's been a fast November I would say, and things are getting a little heat up with christmas lights and christmas songs in shopping malls. These seasons are fast! One day after Diwali and things are looking red and green in windows of malls. I even begin to recieved christmas gift card and promotions for the month of holiday a.k.a month of spending money.

It's the middle of the month, and it also marks one more month to go before my life in University will end it's course. Finally, I would be out there! I would be wearing office attire and driving to work with a cup of Starbucks in hand, smacking my lips in hope to meet a cute client in the day. *Okay. Cmon Eu, you got to snap out of this dream*

Before that dream of mine can be achieved, I need to look for a job, and frankly speaking, I don't think it's as easy as I seen my friends did it. My buddies who had been successful in looking for jobs had gotten enough offers to swing it all in my face but what I gotten so far? 2 phone interviews, and that's it. I mean, shouldn't company come running cause of cheap labor going on here? *jk*

Put the joke aside, it is a frustrating moment when companies do not reply and since I am longing for a place far from home, I don't even understand if I am doing the right thing. Am I thinking right by applying for jobs far away from home? Am I doing the right thing by not applying for the companies that seems fit to my requirement just because I dislike the culture? Am I saying the right words or doing the right thing? Urgh. I wish there's someone who can guide me all in this but as they say, you are all alone in this world, babey. *insert wink*

Although that's the usual rant, there's also the fun that I feel that I am missing out. #FOMO (Feeling of missing out). On one hand, I need to focus on my thesis and on the other hand, I just want to have fun all day long! I just want to hang out, chat, laugh at things, which... I will not be able to do soon in one month time. I will be missing this group of people I would say and I don't know if it would be a healthy thing or not when the time comes. Ah well, life goes on!

No matter what happens, I know I'm gonna be okay. It's all fun and interesting and I know good things will eventually come out of it so, let the rain or sunshine come!

P/S: How's your intern like? Did you ever did any intern?

The new semester had begin for most university students and welcome to all freshman! Enjoy your university life cause it's going to go poof in a blink of an eye. It may seems scary and all with the amount of classes and lecturers or maybe seniors who are rushing to meet up with you, but chillax. It's going to be okay.

Anyway, since this is my last semester in university, there are only four subjects that require the attention and since most lectures love to combine the time, I ended up with lotsa blank space in between the schedule. It may seems to be a good idea but I am so scared that I may not use it wisely as I should be using it. There's final year project, there's community stuff to attend to, and there's just so many little things that needed immediate attention- and obviously, I am not doing it.

Time management is one killer thing that will destroy you if you are not being friends with it. ><

So, the motive of this blog post is to remind myself that it's a new semester and it's only the first week. I just got to do it! Even if it may seems super tough to crack. Ouh, and also to keep this Sleek and Pump active for the time being?

Good luck to all those who are in their university life still. May this semester be a good semester to you!

Life as a third year student in her second semester is... HELL.

Well, Hello there~

I finally understand what does it meant when seniors told us that the semesters will get harder as time past and man, I am not sure if this is my consequences of joining too much activity or my lesson for the year. All I know is that I am suffering from sleep deprivation. There are days where I need to get 4 hours of sleep or even 2 hours of sleep and I felt that this is actually.. fun? LOL.

A friend once called me an masochist. I guess she knows me better than I know myself. I got myself into tons of activities which requires commitment and responsiblities. I am not complaining *I hope* for I do enjoy myself when I am doing my job but at the end of the day, is it all worth it? I keep asking myself if I am doing this for the sake of loving it and wanting to do it OR am I just doing it to keep up with the trend of getting oneself busy like a bee?

Semester 3 brings homework and by homework, I am not talking about the high school homework alright? Adik-adik, one day you will realize that what you had been through in high school is kacang only. The homework in University requires communication with strangers who can only be contact through phone. They will play with your telephone bills and give you sweet promises but failed to fulfilled them for you just because their company has some weird PnC's that you need to oblige to. You are required to past up papers withing a time limit, and although the time is long, but for a young adult who have social life and other entertaining stuff, it's just turn up to be... not enough time.

Besides, semester 3 means writing of the proposal of our final year project (FYP) and man, you got to get yourself a good supervisor but at times, you just hate yourself for finding yourself a good supervisor. It's not a bad thing but when there are tons of datelines and events to attend too, FYP tends to be a chore. Besides, it's not just simple english writing. No matter how good is your proficiency in english, when it comes to writing academic writing, man. What on earth is nerdy once again? Story telling is a no-no and hello~ nerdy writing. =_______=

Putting the "adventure" aside, time remaining with friends is getting little and with all these things breathing down my neck, I just wish to have more time with my friends. This semester, the times I went to kareoke is only once and boy, I wish the old days are back again where we can go out anytime we want. Although, we have cars now, the cars are only used for bringing us to makan places and to our classes. Hey, what happen to random going out nights? What happen to TGIF?

Juggling time is really important in this semester but if I want everything to be perfect, I don't think I can do that. There's just too many things to get it done and there's also sleep to think about. Going on a red bull is a good solution but it can never be the best solution. It's calories for goodness sake!

Errk. I think I ranted a little too far tonight. What a great way to post something on Sleek and Pump. Forgive me if this is boring. Don't worry. There are the good stuff too about Semester 3. There's the car so things are much easier now. There's the juniors who are kinda imitated by us. There's the events that make it much fun cause we are the participants now instead of the organizer. AND many other things la that would be fun to share...just that, I think my FYP is calling out to me again..ouh, and my bed too. Hmm.

Ah well, the bed wins. I am too tired to think about anything by the way. Goodnight and sweet dreams.

Ouh, let me take this opportunity to talk about #DIGSMA la. We created our own logo and we intend to sell it online. As this is something new, we decided to start small and only came up with one logo.

Hello hello friends! how's the day moving along for you?

ask anyone around our dorm and they will tell you that we are super duper noisy when we are all together. we laughed like nobody business and sometimes i do felt a little sorry for our neighbors cause they have to hear our super loud "gym".

"tepi! tepi! orang besar nak lalu!!!"

"Guys, i got a dream for my blog."
"What?"

"I want to gain 500 followers by the end of this year."
"ouh? how many you have right now?"

"now ah? got 56 only"

hello there!

i always have a problem with money because no matter how much money i have in my bank account, i always thought that i don't have enough to spend on the things that i want. it's always ended up with things that i need or don't even need sometimes. i just don't get it why my account always go scuba diving.

anyway, i saw this post and i finally found my answer. sharing it here with you guys!

1. You are a caffeine addict
I won't deny that i love to drink coffee. i don't like the normal 3-in-1 type but i prefer the expensive types. i know that is so wrong but mocha and cappuccino taste so much better than the normal teh tarik or kopi o from the coffee shops!

each week, i would sneak into Coffee beans or J Co or Chatime just to get my favorite drinks and each time i did that, i would spend almost RM15 for one regular cup of indulgence. too much money gone right?

2. You are a disorganized shopper
ahah. one more weakness of mine. always going into watson, mr DIY, Daiso just to get some useless stuff which i think might add up to my collection. haihh. i don't always go for grocery shopping but i think i spend a lot on junk food too. tsktsktsk.

3. You wine...
ah-ah. i never spend a dime on wine before so i guess i can skip this. i do think that if i am the type who goes clubbing, sure my account will go down more than it is right now. lol.

4. .... and you dine
ouh? of course! a food lover like me can never say no to food! in one week time, i can spend almost rm200 just for food alone. korean, japanese, malay, western, chinese, just name it!

5. You have got subscription overload
none to this. the only subscription that i take is free. i hate spending money on make up that i will never try so never had the chance to do that. ever.

6. You are a little too generous
i think i have to admit guilty to this. i have the bad habbit to buy things for people. i don't buy expensive things but at times, buying things for people can take away 20 bucks! it just dissapear like that and i don't know what happen to the rest of the money.

so there it is! 6 things that can drain our account super fast. i just hope i stop all these bad habits of mine and focus more on saving money... for my own travel around the world plan! ^_^
